Answer:

Salaam Brother

Your first query pertains to touching and reciting Quran without being clean. You have highlighted that this  is in a state where Ghusal (ritual bath) according to Islam is mandatory. We enclose the links from our sister web sites where this question has been answered previously.

Your second query pertains to taking ghusal after intimate relations with wife. We copy mr Abdullah Rahim's response to the second query underneath.

Salam

When you need to take ritual bath (Ghusl) for your Morning prayer, you can do this at any time before the sunrise as long as you have enough time to read your Morning prayer (before the sunrise).

In terms of possibility of getting sick after bath, it depends what you mean by "A PERSON CAN (get) SICK AFTER TAKING BATH". If it simply means that there is a possibility of getting sick after, then this does not seem like an excuse that can change religious obligations. Perhaps you can make sure that the house and the water are warm enough to avoid getting cold.

However if you are saying that there is a "good" possibility of getting cold or if the water is so cold that it is normally not bearable then you may do Tayammum as a symbolic purification ritual and then read your Morning prayer. You should take a bath later when it is safe to do that.

In any case, please make sure that you will not miss your Morning prayer.
