In Zuhar and Isha prayer, is it necessary to read Qur'an after Sura Al-Fathia (in 3rd and 4th rakat)?

Answer:
No, it is not necessary to read Sura after Fatiha in the 3rd and the 4th Rak'ah of prayer. In fact, for your interest some scholars like Imam Malik considered this to be even Makrooh (although this is not the opinion of the majority of scholars).
