Answer:
You ask:
Do you consider only Qur'anic words as the revealed guidance from Allah on Prophet's heart and then Prophet (pbuh) taught the same words to his Companions?
As I understand it, there are two parts of your question:
According to my understanding, there is clear evidence from the Qur'an itself that there were some revelations given to the Prophet (pbuh), which were not included in the Qur'an. Thus, my answer to your first question is: No, the Qur'an does not entail all revelations given to the Prophet (pbuh), and, yes, there could have been revelations given to the Prophet (pbuh) which were not included in the Qur'an.
As for the second question, besides the Qur'an, there were no other revelations given to the Prophet (pbuh), which he verbally taught his companions.
Combining the aforementioned two points, it is clear that even though there could have been many other revelations besides the Qur'an that were given to the Prophet, yet by not including them in the Qur'an, the Prophet (pbuh) - under the revealed guidance of God - has clearly implied that those revelations do not hold any significance for his followers.
For your second question, regarding "Al-Hikmah", it should be understood that "Al-Hikmah" does not refer to anything external to the Qur'an. On the contrary, 'Al-Kitaab' (lit: The Book, the Law) and 'Al-Hikmah' (lit: The Wisdom) are used as terms in the Qur'an. The Qur'an has used these words to imply two separate aspects entailed in the divine verses. "Al-Kitaab" refers to the Shari`ah or the Law, while "Al-Hikmah" refers to the system of beliefs, the moral teachings and the spirit of the Law taught by these verses.
I hope this helps.

Moiz Amjad
