About Understanding Islam UK
Our organisational set up comprises of Affiliates, Members and Trustees with the general body comprising of members and Trustees; the latter are elected by the members every year at the Annual General Meeting. The Trustees elect the Office-Bearers from amongst themselves. The membership is only open to people who are either U.K. Citizens or those legally residing in the U.K. in a non-visitor capacity.
